I. Return Eligibility
- Time Limit:You have the right to initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process return requests, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
- Product Condition:The returned product must be in its original, unused, undamaged condition, with all tags, labels intact, and accessories and gifts (if any) included. If the product shows obvious signs of wear, use, or is damaged or missing parts due to your personal reasons, it may affect the approval of your return request. For example, clothing with stains or tears, electronic products with scratches on the appearance or missing components, etc., will not meet the return conditions.
II. Return Process
- Submission of Application:Please log in to your account, find the product you need to return in the order record, and click the "Apply for Return" button. Fill in necessary information such as the reason for return and the quantity of return. After submitting the application, you will receive a system-generated confirmation notice of the application.
- Review Process:Our after-sales team will review your return application within 48 hours after receiving it. If the application meets the return conditions, we will send you a return authorization and detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping method. If the application does not meet the conditions, we will also inform you of the reasons in a timely manner.
- Return of the Product:After receiving the return authorization, please properly package the product within 7 days to ensure it is not damaged during transportation. It is recommended to use the original packaging materials. If the original packaging has been discarded, use packaging materials that can provide sufficient protection. Attach the return authorization voucher and choose the logistics partner designated by us or select a suitable logistics method on your own to return the product. The shipping cost for return is borne by you, unless the product has a quality problem.
- Inspection and Refund:We will inspect the returned product within 5 working days after receiving it. If the product meets the return standards, we will immediately process the refund for you. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on your payment institution. Generally, it takes 3 - 10 working days for credit card payments and 1 - 3 working days for e-wallet payments.
III. Exceptional Cases
- Custom - made Products:Due to the uniqueness of custom-made products, which are produced according to your specific requirements, such as custom-sized furniture, jewelry with personalized designs, etc., they are not returnable unless there is a quality problem.
- Intimate Apparel:For reasons of hygiene, intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear, and socks, once opened or used, is not returnable, unless there are quality defects in the product itself.
- Perishable Goods:Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and green plants, once sold, are not returnable for non-quality reasons.
- Digital Goods:Including but not limited to software, e-books, music downloads, online courses, etc., due to their reproducibility, are not returnable once purchased and delivered for use.
IV. Returns for Quality Issues
- Definition of Quality Issues:Quality issues refer to defects, damages in the product itself or discrepancies from the product description, such as damaged fabric in clothing, malfunctioning electrical appliances, and significant color differences between the product and the website display. If you believe that the product you received has a quality problem, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Processing Procedure:We will ask you to provide photos or videos as evidence for verification. After confirmation that it is a quality problem, we will bear the shipping cost for return and offer you the option of a full refund or replacement with a brand-new product. The specific solution will be determined according to your needs and the actual situation.
V. Exchange Policy
- If you need to exchange a product, you can first apply for a return following the return process. After the return application is approved, place a new order for the desired product. We currently do not support direct exchanges on the original order.
- If we send the wrong product, such as the wrong style, size, or color compared to what you ordered, we will bear all the costs of return and re-shipment and prioritize handling your exchange request.
